I was exploring the town of Tenby with my big brother. Coming across 'Old Elton', a brand that looks metal as fuck but also speaks out about mental health was a really cool discovery. I went on to relentlessly wear the "Through Hell & Back" t-shirt. Adopting the "look good, feel good" philosophy, I felt empowered to battle through my own troubles that I was experiencing at the time. The decision to wear the "It Comes in Waves" t-shirt was made because years on from discovering Old Elton, I have learnt that 'coming in waves' can be attributed to a lot in life. Old Elton carries me through the bad waves.
