We ship all orders using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class, Signature on delivery and next-day delivery aim. We are trying our best to have this to you next day but during this pandemic, we have seen an increase in the difficulty in getting to the post office due to our current lockdown. Due to this, we are only going to the post office one day a week to minimise the contact we, and the people around us, are exposed to.
Because we are a small independent brand and our products are also in two local shops, we sometimes find that stock levels are sometimes inaccurate. We are currently in the process of making sure this is 100% accurate. Everything on the store right now is up to date but this is a daily battle.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email showing the notification of your order. If you have chosen a tracked service, we will email you a tracking code within 48 once your order is shipped.
Please be aware that tracking information is only available for customers who purchase tracked delivery, the order page will otherwise stay updated with "We have received and processing your order", please be aware that non-tracked orders will be sent regardless of this status page as no tracking information is available to update this page.

Exchanges can sometimes be difficult to fulfil due to the fact we're an independent brand and we may not have the same product in the size above or below.
