I’ve always had this deep curiosity, admiration and, in all honesty, respect and even at times fear for the psyche. Studying psychology made me realise that the faint-hearted are often the bravest warriors of all. They’re the ones fighting battles every day, learning not only about themselves but also about the world around them. The ones who dare to question social norms and the assumptions we take for granted.

I’m an experienced fighter of inner wars, including anxiety. Self-deprecation is, without a doubt, one of my most routine battles. But after years of learning, growing and unlearning, I can confidently identify as a brave faint-hearted fighter.

By wearing this hoodie, I carry a flag that represents everyone who struggles psychologically. This way I show that mental health is not only my work, but also my life, principles and identity.
